I said goodbye to some awesome people today but was treated to some friendship and bacon at Paddy Long’s in Chicago by Aaron Bleyaert in Chicago.
We ate strips of bacon inside a hunk of meatloaf that was wrapped in bacon and shared what lessons we’ve learned since the last time we saw each other a month ago.
